Amazing hotel, brilliant service and location.

My only criticism would be that there was no air conditioning, which made for an uncomfortable few nights in the height of summer.

We loved the family feel of the hotel. Loved the warm design and above all- its a great place for kids, the facilities were really designed with children in mind.

Nothing- it was all great

A fantastic family friendly hotel with a beautifully relaxed vibe, right in the hustle and bustle of Morzine. Whilst being perfect for families, the quality of design and catering have not been compromised or diluted in the way you find at some hotels targeted at tourists with kids. The hotel has a lovely relaxed and authentic charm with lots of unique features and well considered solutions to create an ambience where kids are really welcomed and yet it doesn't feel like a madhouse. It's a nearly impossible feat, but Eric and Caroline appear to have achieved it with ease - we'll definitely be back!

Variety and freshness appreciated

The design, ambiance and staff are exceptional. Within 2 mins of everything in the town and a haven of tranquility.
