Hotel Stračena City

Velmi dobrá poloha vůči centru (Masarykovo nám.), snídaně byla opulentní ve velmi příjemném prostředí kvalitní restaurace, která je ve vedlejším vchodu. Ačkoliv apartmány nemají recepci, veškeré informace, co jsem dostal, byly v pořádku, vstup bez problému, moderní design místnosti a velmi prostorné, oblast je v noci klidná.

Minimalisticky zařízené, což nepůsobí příliš útulně, ale na přespání stačí. Cena vyšší, ale těžko lze soudit, jaký byl důvod

Prostorný pokoj s pěknou koupelnou a dobře vybavenou kuchyni, kde si v případě potřeby můžete uvařit.

Rozklizena postel, kdy z čela postele vyčnívali ostré šrouby. Za postelí nedodělané zásuvky. Vybavení pokoje by mohlo být lepší - např. alepsoň další zrcadlo (na celý pokoj jen 1 v koupelně). Málo (spíš žádný) úložný prostor.

Frühstück wurde nur für uns gemacht und es richtig gut! Die Zimmer waren schöne, kleine Wohnungen, die keine Wünsche offen liess!

Ich wusste nicht, dass es ein Self-check-in Hotel ist! Es hat ja dann doch geklappt! Ich bin im Rollstuhl und der Aufzug war zu klein, konnte aber trotzdem mit Schwierigkeiten in das 5. OG gelangen! Seitige Glaswand der ebenerdigen Dusche hinderte mich zum duschen einzufahren! Für 2 Nächte OK! Da hätte ich mich vorher besser erkundigen müssen!

The bed wasnt that wide. The worst however was the Alfred, When I booked the first time, the payment didnt go through. So the 2nd time, when I checked in, my details were there,or so it seem the last didigts og the phone no and mailadress, but I got no notification, so I noticed mail and phone no were wrong, I changed it still no messages. It was sorted out bt one of the guys in the restaurant. But make a system, where profiles are matched by names that not good, actually its unacceptable, and provide stored information without I had logged in must never happen. Also you couldn't send welcome information again from the app, one could have deleted sms by accident
