nice surroundings in a national park

I booked a suite with sofa bed on booking.com for our family, 2 adults, 2 kids. apparently they didn’t have those, so no beds for our kids, then they wanted to let us pay for the extra beds in the room. Staff was not helpful, hardly spoke English, pool had lots of dead frogs in them.
