No breakfast was included. Had it been it would have felt a fair rate, as it was it felt a touch on the high side for a room only

The bathroom was functional however very tired looking with unpredictable water temperature!

Appalling exterior, just a converted garage. Skip outside. Bedroom too small for double bed. Rat traps. Unfinished wiring hanging by front door.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! The room was so clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable! We loved having a TV in our room too! Couldn't fault anything at all, we can't wait to come back!
