Mamallena Beachside Rincon del Mar

Prachtige plek! De locatie is alles! En het personeel hielp ons super goed met het regelen van de boot naar het Mucura eiland. Grote nette badkamer. Fijne chillplekken met hangmatten en ligbedden op het strand.

De airco leek t niet echt te doen, het was echt nog wel erg warm in de kamer helaas.

Hôtel sale, douche casé, wc la lunette de wc cassé.

Fantastic economical choice in Rincon Del Mar. This is more like an airbnb than a hotel but they make that clear from the minute you book. That being said, Eric is onsite most of the time and can help with any thing you need. Our room was on the second floor facing the sea and it was exceptional. I will be back in a few months to certify for Scuba and will 100% stay here.

Location is excellent, and Erick was very helpful with all our needs. It’s a relaxed vibe which suited us well. We had the top floor room facing the sea which was fab to have a balcony facing the sunset - a great people watching spot too!

La ubicacion

No se abría la ventana. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitacion

Las instalaciones son muy lindas, es cómodo y está bien ubicado

Eric fue poco atento, no hay servicio al cliente, las dos noches locales estuvieron frente al hospedaje con música a todo volumen un día hasta las 5 de la mañana y el siguiente día hasta las 2 am, entonces el descanso no fue mucho en las noches, un día uno de los tours (manglares) duró la mitad del tiempo que nos habían dicho aún así tuvimos que pagar la totalidad del mismo, al siguiente día con el tour a las islas el chico que nos llevó intentó estafarnos diciéndonos que le habíamos pagado 50.000 menos, lo cual era completamente falso, la atención al cliente es muy deficiente.
