Location

I booked 2 rooms. The same type exactly but when I arrived there was a difference between the rooms. A corner and middle room. The corner room was abhorrent for the price paid. The sink was tilted the amenities don’t work properly. Both rooms had issues with the fridge, the bed did not have the sheets changed in advance. While the staff acted nice, they did nothing of value and were just sweet talking their way through every problem. For example; when told the fridge doesn’t work for insulin medication to be stored they offered to put the insulin medication in the hotel kitchen fridge ?? They offered a change of room for the next day but I only stayed 2 nights that’s 50% of my stay. I didn’t accept the offer. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Additionally they don’t answer any messages on booking.com and they take the money upfront to trap you. Don’t pay in advance.
