"Money stolen"

Of nothing, I made the reservation by mistake I tried to cancel 5minutes later by calling and emailing them, and they don't answer the phone nor they give me my money back worst team ever 0 shame. I don't understand why booking has this guys on they website.

Jacuzzi and sauna, bed was comfortable, they had airco

You had to enter the hotel via frietkram which was very uncomfortable, the room was very small and it was difficult to move there, everything looked very budget and the lights were difficult to manage
