Steep pedestrian only street access. You have to carry your bags about 100M from your vehicle. Not recommended for anyone with limited mobility. the water pressure was very old in the shower and the water barely dribbled out.

Access was by foot only and parking was off site down very steep hill. A lot of steps to and from hotel

the hotel has so much potencial but needs more detail in cleaning once you close the bathroom door you can see dirt in the corner and same in other spots

In general the employees try the best, but the manager not at all, communication fatal Location is very good, but with such acting not to recommand at all. We fight to get our money back for our room that was not provided the first night

We booked three rooms. We tried to change the booking, but it was never confirmed and messages via booking.com were not replied, therefore we traveled as booked. It was immpossible to reach anyone by phone to clarify. Arrivimg we got informed that of the three booked rooms only two are available, because we would have changed the booking. As said, it was never confirmed and we wrote therefore via booking.com that we keep the paid booking. As there were only two rooms, some had to sleep on matratze on the floor. The very anyoing issue is, we never could talk to the Manager during our stay and the hotel wants to keep the payment for the third (missing room). We talked many times to reception and tried to call the manager , impossible to reach. Many too add to the Story, but i will stop here.
