déja que l'interieur du bâtiment est sombre notament la salle de restaurantet celle du petit dejeuner, pourquoi laisser les rideaux à moitiés fermés??? ouvrez les en plein. autre souci, l'organisation du petit déjeuner, quand on a pas une cuisine capable de servir efficacement un petit déjeuner, faites un buffet. nous avons attendus plus de 10 minutes que quelqu'un vienne prendre notre commande et après, completement déséorganiser, nous avons eu les toasts et la confiture, puis a la fin les plas salés, le tout a pris largement plus d'une heure. c'est pas le seul hotel ou j'ai eu ce probleme, quandn on commande un petit déjeuner on soughaote avoir tout en mpeme temps pas les assietes qui arrivent au petit bonheur la chance le tout sur une demi-heure de temps. vraiement dommage, la preuve à l'heure ou j'écris ce commentaire, ça a eclipsé le reste du séjour qui au deumerant était agréable.

The hotel is very beautiful. Had the right balance of modern amenities (bathroom, coffee and tea service in-room, etc.) and the charm of an upscale accommodation in Scotland. The management and staff were all very welcoming and helpful (especially Lauren, who kindly suggested and offered us water and snacks to go when we were running late for our GlenAllachie distillery tour and had yet to have lunch). Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and will definitely recommend to friends who may find themselves in the area.
