Schöner Landgasthof, tolles Restaurant mit klasse Qualität, preislich noch ok, Zimmer etwas älter aber groß u sauber, ebenso das bad. Nette Betreiber, gutes Frühstück. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Gerne wieder.

Zimmer schon älter, würden schon eine Auffrischung vertragen aber trotzdem ok.

Our junior suite had the heating turned off when we arrived. We thought it would take about 48h to heat such a large room with the small radiator on the wall because there were between -1 and 1*C outside, and the walls were really cold. I asked why the room was so cold and the lady from the reception who accompanied us to the room turned on the radiator in the room and the towel heater in the bathroom, however not to the maximum. I was surprised and turned them myself to maximum after she left. We went for dinner and of course, the room was still very cold when we returned. To make things worse, the intensity of the central heating was reduced during the night. I’m wearing a few jumpers at the moment and I’m very cold and can’t sleep because of the low temperature in the room. I live in Scotland, so I’m used to a cold environment, but this is not acceptable for a hotel in Germany when I paid over 200 euros per night. There are not even extra blankets in the room, nothing. I searched for a hair dryer to help with the cold temperature in the suite, but couldn’t find one in the drawers, there’s only the fixed one in the bathroom and I can’t sleep there. I don’t know about other facilities as I’m too cold to even consider asking. I’m very disappointed and can’t wait to leave. Come here only in the summer, otherwise you’ll be frozen in the winter. I understand they want to save on heating, but this is too much, it’s simply not acceptable. Please don’t bring your children or elderly family here if you care about their health.
