The room, the location, staff behaviour and room aminities. The food was a disaster and sad apart from that the stay and hospitality was good.

"The staff was great, but the hotel needs some cleaning."

The staff was polite and helpful, the food served by the restaurant was tasty.

The place tries to look fancy and probably it was, when it was new. When we stayed in the hotel, the room's furniture were dirty, the walls of the room were dirty, the towels were grey, the AC did not work, so we could not heat up the room, we just got one small electric heater, the "toilet" smell came and went out of nowhere, the windows in the room and the restaurant were terribly dirty.
