Staff is good and they often respond appropriately.

Small room size. Basic things were missing. No hangers were available in the shower. 24*7 hot water was not available, every time I had to ask for turning the heater on. Nobody cleaned the room until I asked them to, that too was cleaned late. There is no food service available at night. Improper cutlery provided. A non-working television with a non-working AC remote was given in the room.
