The guest chalet cottages are spacious, comfortable and well appointed.

The hotel section with hotel rooms seems neglected. For example there was no fire made in the communal area even though was a chilly evening. The restaurant is also closed.

The chalet was large and comfortable. Set in the trees. Included a bag of wood for the fire. Detergent and dishwasher tablets were available. Friendly reception lady. Shower and bath available. Very safe. Hogsback is beautiful.

Curtains were not very dark, so in summer light comes in around 5am. Our unit backed onto the main street where people were picnicking and braai-ing with loud music. So beat to get a unit deeper into the resort. The kitchen utensils very basic but worked.
