Their was no fan sliding door not open no towels . stairs and the township over the road Noice load

Its a nice place.

The place was dirty especially the balcony and the chairs on the balcony.There was no towels and the shower drain is blocked.Have no sea view.

Price and availability

I would just recommend to deep clean as the kitchen cupboards were stuffy and the tiles on the back splash were dirty. Shower drain a bit blocked. Stains on the bedding and we stayed for 7 nights and the bedding was not replaced. We had to clean the braai roster and tongs before we could use it and there was dog poop on the grass right next to the braai. The sight enroute to the property is not good, but once we were inside it was safe and overall the property is neat and well maintained.

The unit is close to all amenities at the resort. Good living room, kitchen and patio. Within walking distance from the beach.

There is a list: the noise, the smell, lack of cupboard space, no separate shower, very slippery bath, dirty dishes in kitchen cupboards, etc. The road to Hermanus Beach Club runs past a squatter camp making guest arrivals after sunset very dangerous. Swimming pool too small for the number of guests staying at the resort during peak days.
