Grand Lux Boutique Manor

A gorgeous and very welcoming staff. The premises are excellent by design, location and comfort. This is a perfect place to stay in Hermanus.

The window blinds could be more efficient when daylight comes.

The place stinks,it has carpet all over from reception to the corridors ro the rooms to the lounge and the carpet absolutely stinks,I don't know how they have a 5 star rating.Even for a boutique hotel it is small and limited,I had to leave because the dirty carpets were unbearable,manager was in denial about this and I lost all my money because they wouldn't compromise on even a partial refund,Christmas menu was limited to duck and ostrich,basically no real options

Genoten van ons verblijf rustig mooie kamers. Vriendelijk personeel en met veel oog voor detail. Het is zeker een aanrader en zou als in de buurt teruggaan. Uitgebreide keuze van ontbijt en vers gemaakt. Attentie op de kamer (elke dag).

Eigenlijk niets. >Enige tip is misschien hun restaurant dat heeft maar 1 mogelijkheid - 1 menu en dat is dan niet altijd wat iedereen wil. Keuzen uit twee of drie gerechten zou beter zijn..

Falsely advertised, not in the best area, incompetent staff (2,5 people) you got to ask to be let out of the premises and when you can back. We stood in street for 20 minutes because the intercom didn’t work

A beautiful house in a quiet part of Hermanus, very comfortable and cozy, with the most attentive and kind staff ever. Everything was perfect.
