Kings Lodge Hotel

Adequate for an overnight stay.

No atmosphere. The property looked run down compared to how I remember it in years gone by.

The breakfast options were wide on choice, well prepared, good taste and quickly served. The day and evening menus had a good variety, well prepared, ample size. All staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and considerate. Although an old hotel it is well maintained, cosy and a pleasure relaxing there.

Not really disable friendly.

Comfort – It felt cozy and homely, with everything I needed to feel at ease. Unique Touches – Little details, fireplace, décor, view from the window and Restaurant setup. stood out Privacy – I enjoyed the sense of having my own space without disturbances. Peace & Quiet – I loved how calm and relaxing it felt, away from the noise and busyness. Design & Atmosphere – The style, layout, or rustic charm gave it a special character.

I honestly loved my stay, but if I had to point out something, I’d say the Wi-Fi was a bit weak. Other than that, it was wonderful.
