The staff was so friendly.

The place is old and gets TOO cold if fireplace is not lit as a result can be uncomfortable when cold.

Friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. Felt safe.

The drink options in the restaurant, particularly the hot drinks and fruit juices, need significant improvement.

There is a restaurant and bar and it's in good location.

There was tv but what we hated is that, it's was not working. There was a problem with dish but they do explain to and promised it be fixed on the following day. But unfortunately they don't it seems they don't care about that. We stay there with entrainment.

The bed should have been replaced years ago, very uncomfortable. The entrance of the hotel building is old, dirty and broken tiles. Restaurant was very under staffed with only one waiter and lots of people. No ambiance, felt like hostel dining room. Very little utensils in kitchen and old. Had to ask for wine glasses.

Had salmon florentine and partner full english breakfast. Exceptional.

There was nothing. It suited us.
