Friendly staff and owners. Comfy bed, not bad internet, nice decor outside. Laundry service was good and not expensive

Noisy during the night , you can hear other guests outside. Mosques around so its noisy during the day and its annoying. A bit difficult to communicate with younger members of stuff. Bedding not cery clean, stained and I dont think it was washed properly. Towels also stained and a bit dirty. Not sure why was the issue. Breakfast included but its only 3 little pieces of toast and jam. I’d rather pay and get proper breakfast like eggs maybe. Not many restaurants or eatery around. Also they dont have cold water available, but little shop opposite selling it

Was relatively new, location was OK, understand Gilimanuk is not a large tourist destination. Shower room was a little difficult, as the shower sprayed all over the toilet & basin...

A refrigerator in the room would have been would have been much better.

Highlights during our stay - proactive super friendly communication, very helpful with transport and additional questions - clean and well air conditioned rooms - cute patio - delicious breakfast snack, the ginger coffee was awesome

Stayed here one night on our way to Denpasar, after crossing from Java. Looked as the cleanest room in the village. Staff was friendly.

Dirty towels and some stains on sheets. In indonesia wash cycles seem to be very ahort and with almost no detergent. Dissapointed by the bathroom as you shower on the WC. They preffer to add perfume in the room rather than clean with cleaning chemicals.

Close to the harbour & friendly staff who are very helpful

Bathroom is a bit moldy No dinner options in hotel or in neighbourhood!

The hotel was very reasonably priced, and it's an excellent location for the ferry. The staff members also took us to the ferry port on their scooters

It was very noisy from 5 am. from the mosque. Also, from 6.30 am from all the guests leaving for the various trips and activities. You need to be an early riser

The location is good for the area, not a lot of choices, the trainees are a great bunch.

Being sold a "tour" driven by the hotel manager that bore no resemblance to what we asked for.

I didn't feel safe as a woman traveling alone, maybe because I was the only person there... Also for Indonesia, this hotel was more on the expensive side and I wasn't satisfied, like I had way better hostels for much cheaper. Also if you are planning to do the national park keep in mind that it's pretty expensive and you can't just go there. You NEED a guide just to walk there... for example just a 2-3h walk was 800.000

family owned business, the owners are the nicest people, they helped us organize the trip and even picked us up from the ferry for free. they also drove us to north bali cause we didn’t know how to get there. the food is home cooked by them and is very tasty. the room is very clean and quiet.
