The staff were pleasant and very helpful in resolving any issues. The building is very nice and the services work very well.

The breakfast service could be improved, as the food wasn't served at the right temperature, nor was it served at the same time as the coffee. One day there was no juice, even though it was listed as available. It's a very remote area, which makes transportation expensive. The beach is quite unique due to the tides. To access the sea, we had to book a dhow excursion, which was incomplete in terms of time and services.
