Villa Bluu Zanzibar

This place deserves way more than five stars. I stayed at Villa Blu with my wife as part of our Honeymoon. Absolutely no regrets. From the start Regina was amazing and helped with absolutely anything we needed. She also went the extra mile for us to make our honeymoon special. Humphrey & Saumo were amazing and friendly, always smiling and serving us the best drinks by the pool. Anything you need they will make it happen. Can't thank them enough! The villa itself was really clean, spacious and relaxing. Not too busy, and stress free. The rooms were cleaned daily and very good size (also with AC). We ate here a few times, the chef James knows his way around the kitchen! Food was amazing. Overall this was an amazing stay, would definitely recommend and definitely return in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Bluu, wonderful chic place that is exceptionally managed by the amazing manager Regina. Everything about my stay was fantastic and the staff were all wonderfuland it’s the perfect place for a luxurious getaway. Thank you 🙏

Limited selection of food on the menu.

The Villa is quite clean and well maintained. It does get hot in the afternoons. You will end up arguing with the staff and probably the owner as both are not the most co-operative.

The Villa is quite overpriced. The Staff is extremely slow and non-cooperative. I do not know if they have been advised by the owner behave in a certain way or its just lack of training. After booking such an expensive property, mineral water is not provided. And if you ask for it (we asked for water to be provided without any charges), they charge you $3 for a bottle. When we asked them, what is the alternative for water, they gave us a 5 gallon bottle and asked to fill the heavy bottle as per our requirements which was extremely funny ! Breakfast is included but one of the guests was provided half a sandwich as the bread was over. The supervisor (not to name her) is extremely presumptuous and cocky. After making errors at multiple levels, she wanted to make amends at check-out which seemed like a mere formality. Overall, not worth your money.

The staff made our stay lovely. We really enjoyed every minute there and felt taken care off!

The ocean view was absolutely spotless and the customer care was top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway
