Please note that 4 cats and 2 dogs live on site. Guests must secure their reservation by presenting a credit card. Breakfast is included in your room rate. Please note that the property's front desk opens from 08:00h to 22:00h (local Aysen time) will help you with local tourist information regarding nearby places and activities, such as sports fishing and rafting. Please note that guests who are going to arrive later than 10 pm (Aysen time zone) must notify the reception to coordinate their check-in. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show or 50% penalty, the guest must be billed in local currency, with this additional fee (IVA) added. * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. Please note the hotel restaurant and bar are open from Monday to Saturday. Please check schedules at front desk.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
