Quarto MINÚSCULO pequenino demais pelo valor pago pelas diárias R$ 3.580,00 Solicitei se poderia mudar quarto, já que hotel estava vazio. ATENDENTES mulher, maravilhosas, fizeram de tudo para tentar mudar de quarto POREM o gerente NAO autorizou, 22, 23, 24 a maioria quartos estava VAGOS. Gerente deixou bem claro que minha reserva era pelo BOOKING, e era esse quarto e pronto, Nota 0 0 0 para esse gerente Perdi uma diária de mais de 1.200,00 Mas preferi vir embora dia 24, as 8:00 encerrei conta Sendo que minhas diárias estavam pagas ate dia 25 Tentei negociar essa última diária e novamente, recebi resposta, (PERDEU MANE) assim que me senti em relação ao hotel Voce fez reserva pela BOOKING. Paciência perdi R$ 1.200,00. Entaooooo dica quando forem fazer reservas pela booking rever o HOTEL qual quartinho esta destinado p booking.
