Having lizards and cockroaches. Swimming pool doesn’t have standards in terms of swim wear control caused the water to be smelly. Shoes put outside the container, the dripping water caused the shoes to be wet during rainy time.

Nice view. Surrounded by paddy field. Advantage from other nearby hotel is they have swimming pool

Over priced with basic facilities in the room

The management have a good idea but skim on things that delight their guests, read comments on ‘What didn’t like about the property?’

1. No cupboard or hangers to hang your clothes. This homestay expect guests to place clothes on the floor 2. Nothing to hold toilet paper in place, it can fall out and get wet 3. Toilet glass sliding door do not stay closed 4. TV is not working. How can Housekeeping Mgr allow room to be released to new guests w/o inspecting and checking that everything is working? 5. Balcony table & chairs full of bird shit. How do the homestay expect guests to sit on these bird stained chairs 6. No chair in the room to even rest 7. Stains on pillow case 8. Red stains on edge of bed sheet

Location

Didn’t have hot water kettle for ground floor rooms. Same charges with 2nd floor room inside villa but smaller and without hot water kettle. Karaoke is basically nonexistent with just stuffy karaoke boxes and pricey charges. Bed is not top notch kind of cleanliness, expect more with such price per night. A lot of rove bettle found which is dangerous, can cause skin inflammation

Villa Chee have offered Hotel rooms (nearby the padi view) & Homestay (don't have padi view). I quite disappointed with the Homestay cleanliness and slow respond on customer service. Have booked for homestay for 12 family members for my mum 70years old birthday,consider big celebrations. When we large group of family members travel far to sekinchan & want to take a rest on check-in 3pm. But the homestay only will be get ready on around 5pm. Yes, to be fair, I got the CS team to delay the checkout time . We paid much for the environment,but enjoyed the low class of homestay. How terrible the experience for my family members. 1. The toilet and the room is big , can fit many people, but the issues is no hanger or wall holder given to hang the clothes when shower and changed clothes in the room. Can imagine how inconvenient for the people came to enjoy the holiday. 2. The cleanliness is considered poor. Rubbish everywhere and cockroach running in the house. I and my family special go out to bought the Dettol to spray the house sofa, bed and blankets. The cleaner used 1 mop ,mop whole house with 1 time only wash the mop with water. The bedsheets and blankets also dirty. 3. The house considered poor condition and no maintenance at all. Yellowish of wall and have hole on the ceiling. Imagine we stayed 2D1N with RM720 with such of condition. 4. The Slow respond on CS team. We wait around 1hour to get the response from them. And I need to go to the reception counter to inform and got respond from them..Called many times from us and only got feedback when myself drive to the counter and asked for it. The address also not informed clearly when taken the deposit. 5. No wireless - watch movies also cannot. Don't know what is the purpose of putting the TV box and TV in living hall.

Was excited to rent the bicycle which was supposed to open from 7.30am. Then was told that the staff mending the desk would only be at work at 8am. Waited till 8 plus and when asked again, turned out that rental on weekdays is frm 9am. We wasted 1 hr of our time. The info provided on the website is not updated with the correct timing. Staff is not well informed too. Our balcony was also not cleaned. Sunflower seeds were all over on the floor. Room is very small for a family of 4.
