The hotel was amazing and exceeds our expectations. But I have to mention, the hotel front desk Carl Tian, who was incredibly helpful and kind—always courteous and ready to address our needs. Everyone in the group agreed that he was very friendly and made our stay in Shenzhen so much smoother.

Big, modern and spacious rooms, conveniently located in the Nanshan area with easy access to restaurants and transportation. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, which helped ensure a pleasant stay in Shenzhen.
