Excellent location for a night or 2 if you are getting ferry or train to airport Wouldn’t stay for protracted time or as a ‘nice city break’ 24 hour reception very good for above Beds comfy

- Extremely close to the port - I had a ferry at 6am so it took me to get there only 5 minutes early in the morning! - Easy to check-out; - The design of the place is fantastic..!

- It is listed that payment is only by card - the fact is only cash acceptable - I had to waste my time to solve this question; - No adequate communication on booking.com or anywhere else before arrival. I was just asked arrogantly when I will check-in and that's all. Even if you don't know English you can make a few templates and relax; - Very poor English; - The room that was provided for me is with balcony and I haven't found anywhere that balcony is shared with another room where the owner or receptionist watches tv 24h... It is easy to get to your room; - The smell of canalisation; - No soundproofing at all - I heard all the time the doorbell when someone went to the hotel ; - Violent behaviour to the birds - in the hotel there are a few canaries and the cages were on the floor in the darkness during the whole day - it is a huge stress to the birds!!! Be attentive to the birds if you decided to pet them!!!! - I was told I can take a shower only 5 minutes... After that I was given the key to another shower where shower doesn't work - only tap - I didn't want to make scenes or explain that this is not adequate - especially I was not sure if they could understand me. But on the other hand, they wanted to help me not to wait my queue to the shower; - Because all of this I couldn't sleep normally and as I was alone I was a little bit scared for the first time of my travels to put the earplugs on... My recommendation - better to add more money and find better place to stay. I regret that my budget was tight.

Great location near the port, metro station and bus stop. An old tenement house with a soul. Owner a nice guy.

Inconvenience in my opinion is, that You don't get a key for the exit door and have to ring the bell even when You come back at night

It was dirty, there were bed bugs
