Great location at the beach within the local community. Very helpful and friendly owners.

The owner is very nice and the place is directly on the beach. You can get to the center easily by walking or taking a bike. Everything was clean. A nice place to stay if you are looking for a calm holiday

The window in the room was small, so it was a little bit dark all the time.

Very nice people, excellent place to stay on the beach, I felt like home so I plan to return next year with my girlfriend and maybe more people.

The location is in a non-touristic area, which we liked. There is a terrace where you can eat and a shared kitchen with everything you need to prepare food.

From the pictures, we chose the property because it is on the beach, and we thought the kids could swim and play there. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The beach is very, very dirty (from an Asian point of view, not a European one). The water is full of petrol because of the many boats that are docked there (more than 50 when we visited), so we couldn’t swim. The only room with a window is the four-person room, and its price is more than double that of the two-person rooms. Because there are no windows in the other rooms, there is always a smell inside, and it is completely dark—you have to keep the lights on all the time. Sometimes, there was a strong smell of urine in the bathrooms. And the beds were the hardest we had experienced in one month in Vietnam. Unfortunately, after initially booking four nights, we decided to move somewhere else. There are many other accommodations that are much cheaper and much nicer.

Even though on the smaller side, it served its purpose. Beautiful view (“fishing beach”), slow paced, calm environment.
