Lovely attention to detail, staff were excellent and there seemed to be a really good working atmosphere from all the staff very comfortable down to warm floors in the bathroom. Very clean and exceptional food

Beautiful rooms, great location near Uni, 20 min walk to Bridge of Allan and easy bus to town. Castle View room was stunning and spacious. Heated bathroom floors were sooooo nice in November. Pub atmosphere lovely in the evening.

Lack of a hot breakfast downstairs in the restaurant on weekdays (with no other hot breakfast options nearby).

The staff could not do enough for us.

Location was a bit out of town. Bedroom fantastic, best ive ever been in, amazing views, lovely bathroom. Staff excellent.

Breakfast not served. Continental fruit and pastries,juice and yoghurt is fine for a continental holiday. Not cold winter mornings.

Beautiful room, impeccably decorated, lovely small touches especially fruit and pastries placed in the room. Fantastic restaurant and bar downstairs. Perfect stay. Our favorite place in Scotland.
