Superior & Sage Hotel

Room was clean

Room smelled from old cigarette smoke and masking fragrance,The chairs were soiled, my bare feet became dirty from walking on the carpet, the hallway smelled from cigarette smoke, the neighbors were loud.

Beds/pillows sucked

Nothing to like. It was disgusting

No working fridge, no working hair dryer, soiled linens, smoke odor in room, and throughout hotel. Furniture in horrible shape. Tiny TV. Loud fan in toilet shower room. No way to turn on light without super loud fan. First room had no screens in window, smelled so bad, we asked to be reassigned to another room. Second room was not much better, non working fridge, non working hair dryer. Plastic mattress coverings were noisy as crackling when you moved at night. HORRIBLE! They also do not have a sauna " in the foreseeable furure", although the room description states they do, as does the sign outside. Breakfast was simple, juice, packaged bGeks, rolls and fruit, some cereal, nothing hot. Skipped and went to restaurant. Staff apologized, seems hotel was sold, and new owners have not taken over, so it is in disrepair. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

That we where able to get a place that our dog could stay quickly

Smelled like smoke beds where really uncomfortable and out dated everything. Very musty smelling and there where smells of weed and cigarettes so bad.
