This place greatly exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. It was nicer than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in in Java. The building is modern, clean, well maintained and the room was so nice. The area is very upmarket and quiet.

Very clean and comfortable. The best breakfast I have had in Indonesia. Great value for money.

The staff weren't very friendly. Even my Indonesian partner thought this. Customer service skills could definitely improve but overall it was a great stay.

The staff is very nice. The rooms are clean and tidy. There's a small cafe/restaurant downstairs where you can drink good coffee & order food in the evening/afternoon.
