Snídaně super, velký výběr, stále doplňováno. Výborná lokalita k termálům stačilo přeběhnout silnici. V případě potřeby možnost nákupu v Lidlu. V okolí zámek, arboretum, jezero s koutkem pro děti a občerstvením.

Původně jsme měli objednané 2 dvoulůžkové pokoje a bez konzultace nás dali dohromady na jeden apartmán. Ten byl sice krásný, nový, ale soukromí bylo narušeno. Sic jsme kamarádi, ale máme rádi soukromí.

Perfektní lokalita, krásné pokoje a super vybavení, výborná snídaně, velmi ochotný personál.

Oproti loňsku se zhoršil úklid. Celkově pokoj působí čistě, ale koberec byl špatně vysátý, v rohu prach a na stropě pavučinky.

Poloha ubytování a čistota.

Hluk z ulice, velmi nepohodlné a tvrdé a polštáře. Chybějící toaletní potřeby.

Príjemný personál, v rámci ubytovania ponuka kávy a čaju gratis, minibar v cene pobytu. Hotel v tesnej blízkosti termálneho kúpaliska a reštaurácii s dobrou ponukou.

Vo večerných hodinách chýbalo osvetlenie izby radom nainštalovaných ale nefunkčných svetiel.
