Vitalmed Hotel Sárvár

Rich breakfast, it is very close to Sarvar SPA. Bathrobes and towels incl. the ones to sauna were available in the room free of charge.

The balcony of the room was oriented on Park Inn hotel's side where the external air conditioning made a noise during the night. Also the safe was not working.

Definitely NOT 4stars hotel!!! The furniture is outdated, there is shower curtain in the bathroom and is not so clean! Breakfast is so poor, coffee taste terrible! They also charge for parking 20€ per day - outrageous!!! Pools in the spa are not heated as stated on the boards! Overall experience- DISAPPOINTING!

Super helpful staff, nice breakfast, comfortable and clean room and comfortable stay in general. Very good price-value ratio. It is also possible to pay everything by SZÉP-card.

Sugarcoated Christmas background music on the corridor was too loud in the mornings. I usually get up very early so it didn't wake me up so not a problem for me, but if I would have wanted to sleep longer it was simply too audible in the rooms.

Room and pool area nice and elean. Reception and restaurant staff friendly and helpful.

We came in winter so we used only indoor area. Bad surprise was that children uder 14 y. o. can't entry healing pools (nobody explains why ??? ) only if you have recommendation from doctor ??? Also no entry into the sauna area for children. (But I understand that its a quiet zone so thats ok and ) So if you there as an family you have to split. One parent can go into the healing pools and the other must go somewhere else with child. Its shame. Unfortunately lifeguards were a bid rude 😕 Main clients are people 55+ so if you have a kids and its winter i wouldn't recommend this holiday for you. But if you 55+ than its a big YES
