The staff were really nice!

The room smelt of mould, the shower door didn’t close and there was a mouse in the room

Front desk is so kind and was able to provide us adaptor for our phone so we could charge.

Location

No amenities in the room, bathroom was leaking, room had an unpleasant smell when I checked in, bed sheets were very thin, no blanket on top of bed sheet.

The room is big and roomy

Air con is very noisy. First night didn't get much sleep because of the aircon noise and dripping water from outside. Aicon up above Hot water in the shower is NOT really hot. NO outlet what so ever in the bathroom for the guests who's got their own hair dryer. There is only one outlet bedside table in the room. No outlet for kittle for boiling water if you want coffee. They supply a jug, but there's no water. No fridge. Ask for 2 extra pillows, got charged 50 peso. But wait, that's not the real price they will change you 25 peso each pillow per night extra on top. Staffs communications is very bad. They don't explain things properly. No shuttle for free. If guests stay 2,3,4 nights. The shuttle should be free. Don't stain the bed sheets or towels or left any marks in the room they will charge you for it. The elevator smells musty.

Accessible to transportation for the passenger.

The aircon is not cold in our room. The temperature in the room is need to improve. But its ok. The bathroom had a smell out something in the pipe.
