Out of the best hotel we visit here in tagaytayWe always travel in tagaytay, and Ngayon lang namin nalaman na Meron palang hotel na ganito parang NASA Italy ka, sobrang bait pa Ng mga employee nila, especially their front office staff love them

¹st impression last . Via appia deserve perfect 10. Salute to all staff esp. Security guard who assit us from check in to check out. We will be back with friends and families. They allow us to check out late so considerate. So clean and very accesible they help us to call Bukyo.

The hotel ambiance is very peaceful and relaxing. The view is amazing and it really feels like you’re in Italy. The rooms are clean and look and feel luxurious. The food also tastes amazing! Additionally, the staff are very accommodating, welcoming, and kind. Lastly, all facilities are clean and in good quality. Overall, It was an excellent experience!

me and my friend went their to relax, and i can say that we had a great time , the staff are very friendly and accommodating .from the guard,front desk, housekeeping and Fnb ilove them! the food are also nice plus the weather is superb.thankyou

The room is clean with a nice view. The whole environment is quiet and a relaxing stay. Our Valentine's date was a memorable experience as we get to enjoy other places or spots around the venue. We would book the place again for another stay if we had the chance. Thank you for the hospitality.

Superb customer service, especially Bong, the F&B OIC, who went the extra mile for my sister, who celebrated her birthday on February 1st. All the staff were quick and responsive, and they even managed to return my bag after I accidentally left it on the table after breakfast.

The linens were nice. The staff was nice.

It's worth noting that this hotel does NOT accept non-Philippino credit cards for payment unless you prepay. My friend in another room didn't prepay and was left in a lurch when her credit card wasn't accepted. Amongst our friend group, we tried credit and debit cards from 3 other countries which also werent accepted. We finally had to make an overseas bank transfer to pay for the room. This whole process took more than 2 hours as the staff couldn't provide us with an accurate SWIFT code at first (finally the 3rd one worked). Upon returning home we each discovered a pending charge from Via Appia on all of our credit cards. This is still unresolved 2 weeks later. There was no swing-bar lock on our door. It had clearly been broken off leaving us feeling very uneasy about security.
