Airport transfer [Php 4000 one-way for a sedan] 6. 8-hour city tour [Php 4000 for a sedan; entrance and parking fees are excluded] 7. Breakfast [PhP 250 / pax - 1 silog meal] 8. Bag storage [PhP 100 / bag] 9. Reschedule fee [PhP 500] 10. The entire stay is self-service. Full-service option is PhP 500. 11. We are a clean-as-you-go property. For exemption, please pay PhP 500. 12. This is a residential condo with homeowners' association policies. Penalties will be applied during violations. Rules include no-noise policy, no-smoking policy and no-hanging-of-clothes policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

I like the place as it is accessible The bathroom bowl is so yellowish . Very dirty Also it is very inconvenient to let your guest dump their own garbage to dumping area. The prepaid wifi is not working !!!

i like the place. The Room is perfect for my family, they feel comfy. The cleanliness and completeness of the kitchen ware are all good.

The swimming pool is too cold. Also they need to expand it or what, because its too small for all the guest. And add some lights specially in the night, its too dark specially kid pool area.

only the view but the place are very dirty no kitchen utensils all kitchen stuff are damage .very old.

the place especially the floor are clean but in kitchen very poor no number to be rated not to recommend this place. All kitchen stuff are destroy or damage smelly the cabinet no maintinance, no plate and the rest all damage it’s disaster I can’t recommend this place to stay.

view from room, hot water on shower, secured car parking, prompt communication

floor and wall tiles need re grouting or maybe a good scrubbing; towels too worn out and greyish colored when supposedly white, remote control needs new batteries as it didnt work we could not watch tv, dining chairs look quite dirty
