Courteous staff, room is comfortable, very nice bathroom. Location is close to bus stops with enough routes to take you around the city or to the HSR. Plenty of restaurants and shops around and a night market about a 10 minute walk away.

Noise insulation could be better.

WiFi was terrible and failed to connect. Had to connect via my own mobile phone network. The property advertised that carpark is available. When we arrived, we were told to reverse into the building and it was not a proper parking lot. When we were about to go out at night, we were told that we may not get a parking lot when we return. This is absurd. Both the above showed that the hotel failed to deliver what was promised. For these reasons, it gets a poor rating from me. Will I return? Absolutely NO.
