Nous avons passé un séjour de 5 nuits globalement très satisfaisant chez Batista. L’emplacement et le confort des infrastructures sont les véritables points forts de cet établissement. Ce que nous avons particulièrement aimé : Nous avons logé dans une chambre familiale très spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La propreté était irréprochable et les produits de douche de qualité. Les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournies et peuvent être changées à tout moment directement dans la chambre, ce qui est extrêmement pratique. Le restaurant est idéalement situé en bord de mer, les pieds dans le sable. La piscine, qui donne directement sur l'océan, offre un cadre idyllique pour se détendre.

Le point noir du séjour reste l'organisation et le service. Il était assez difficile de s'y retrouver dans les horaires de restauration qui changent selon les jours. De plus, la communication avec le personnel a été complexe: même en anglais, les échanges restaient laborieux. Nous avons également trouvé l'accueil un peu froid et certains comportements manquaient de professionnalisme. Par exemple, on nous a demandé de régler l'addition pour pouvoir "fermer la caisse" alors que nous n'avions pas encore terminé notre repas, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un établissement de ce standing.
