Lovely place, beautiful timber throughout and really great location. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff that went above and beyond, helping us out with a medical emergency and sending us an important journal that we left behind.

We missed a window with fresh air in our room. Room can do with a hook or two for hanging your stuff. Perhaps a bench in the room.

La atención y ayuda prestada por Koiti y además habla español. Las zonas comunes están muy bien.

No arreglan la habitación y no hay ascensor. Deberían limpiar un poco mejor las habitaciones.

Convenient location, clean and fresh. Ease of arrival, checking in and checking out.

We found the beds difficult to get out of, to avoid hitting our heads on the ceiling…more hooks on the wall for clothes and bags would improve the room. Some air coming from outside the building would be good. These are minor suggestions which did not detract from our enjoyment of staying at the hotel stay.

Location and how easy was the check-in / check out. They let us leave our luggage after check out and hang out in the lobby since our bus was for 1pm

The distribution in the room is not comfortable. It’s just weird. There is no space to open the luggage. The toilet itself separate from the shower, so instead of using another space they could have all in one and leave that space for luggage. There is no table or whatsoever.
