The AC remote was not there and I could not control the temperature

Sanitation not good
INExcept for the location, nothing was good about the hotel.
The toilets had stains on the seat and the bedsheets were torn. In spite of calling the staff repeatedly, they were very slow to respond. Needs a lot of improvement.
INThe staff were helpful. The manager Mr Kumar was super helpful! He even ensured by giving me a lift to the right bus waiting area, as the dodgy uber driver dropped me somewhere else. It was raining and at 9pm in unfamiliar territory.SCARY! One staff helped with my ticketing issues, as I do not have adhar card or local bank account. This hotel has the potential to become a small boutique hotel ONLY IF maintenance issues are carried out regularly and a few luxury items are made part of the package.
Maintenance needs to be carried out on some issues, and I have informed the manager. Toilet seats not sitting correctly on the toilet bowl. Exhaust fan not working in bathroom. A cup of tea/ coffee in the morning should be provided.
