Location, food and cleanliness

Mobile service is non existent and the wifi barely reached our room. Took me a while to get a connection but that too was really slow. Asked 2 staff members on 2 separate occasions to fix the wifi problem but was ignored and didn't even try to fix the issue

Super nettes Personal und wunderschöner Pool. Strand ist ein Traum. Menschenleer und so viele Schildkröten. Essen war auch sehr lecker im Hotel

quelques insectes dans les parties communes mais ça c’est la nature, mais déjà régulièrement nettoyé par le personnel !

Incredible Service, very good management, always organized and taking care of the whole area. Good vibes, Friendly chats. Very nice beach with good sunbeds. Pool is refreshing. Rooms are very clean, good AC, air quality is good, no mold like so many other places. Very good beds. Restaurant is amazing, sitting next to the waves and great food. We extended from 2 nights to 6.

Food and beverages are quite pricey.

Byłem z żoną i 8 letnią óreczką.Fajnie że ośrodek jest z dala od centrum-choć bardzo łatwo tam dojechać tuk tukiem lub na nogach. Super plaża, czyściutki basen z barem, kilka knajpek nad oceanem z.drinkami.Kierownik zorganizował nam fajną wycieczkę do Undawale gdzie widzieliśmy dużo słoni. Bardzo polecam

Marakolliya is right at the beach, totally private and extensive, with a lovely kept beach forest, a pool with pool bar, and rsstaurant and bar with a view over the beach. Our bedroom faced the beach, overlooking the pool. Another restaurant also had a pool table and bar area with Sports TV. On the beach were several hammocks and daybeds to enjoy, either to nap, read or watch the ocean. The staff were kind and thoughtful, and we enjoyed family games with them.

The stay was perfect. Just the bathrooms could gave more toiletries.

Fajny hotel z pięknym basenem. Pokoje przestronne, wygodne łóżka. Widoki na ocean bezcenne. Obsługa codziennie sprząta basen i otoczenie. W restauracji serwowane są śniadania, średnio urozmaicone ale bezpłatnie można zamówić naleśniki z nadzieniem. Korzystaliśmy z pobliskich restauracji, bo hotelowa niestety zbyt droga. W lobby znajduje się bilard, szachy. Wifi działa sprawnie w lobby, w pokoju niekoniecznie. Polecam.

Szkoda że, w pokoju nie ma żadnej szafy na ciuchy ani telewizora. Pokoje nie są sprzątane podczas pobytu a ręczniki nie zmieniane. O papier toaletowy trzeba się samemu upominać. Woda mineralna tylko na powitanie.
