Номер просторный , есть парковка для автомобиля, что тоже очень удобно

Завтрак не очень, пока спустились ничего не осталось, а оставшаяся еда была холодной! Пришли с улицы, а номер был не убран, после просьбы убрать номер пришли и спросили каждый шаг , что именно и где убрать , хотя по сути должна быть стандартная уборка номеров с заменой полотенец и ванных принадлежностей, но никак не гость должен контролировать где сделать и что

Очень грязный отель, и администратор очень наглый! Я 2 часа ждала , чтобы он мне номер дал, он предложил мне очень грязную и неубранную комнату ! И где не было WiFi не работали кондиционер не работал и очень грязно даже в коридорах

We stayed because we had an early train next morning departing from the south station. The location is very convenient in that case cause it’s 5 minutes walking. The guy at the reception was very nice, at the time we arrived the restaurant was already closed and there is nothing nearby to eat something, so he helped us ordering food by the Yandex app.

The bathroom had a strange smell. They seemed to have used an air freshener that was meant to be pleasant, but was actually quite unpleasant. Since we had an early train, we requested a boxed breakfast, which they provided, but it was very poor

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay. Special thanks to Shohruh — he was very nice, friendly, and always helpful during our stay. His service made our experience even better.

Everything was good overall. Maybe the breakfast could have more variety, but it was still nice.
