Location

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff couldn’t find our reservation at first, and when they finally did, they gave us a key to a room that was wide open—clearly not prepared for our stay. The room showed signs of previous guests—there was an open can of soda on the nightstand, the sheet was dirty, and the room was missing towels, comforters, and pillowcases. After reporting the issue at the front desk, we were told that the comforters were in the closet, while the sheet and towels were later delivered to us. We were left to make the beds ourselves. The staff didn’t even enter the room to check its condition, and we weren’t offered a room change. We got the impression of a complete lack of interest in resolving the issue. Additionally, water and tea weren’t delivered to the room until the next day. This situation falls significantly short of the standards one would expect from a hotel. We didn't receive any compensation from the hotel—only from Booking.com.
