"Excellent and kind service, wonderful hotel and staff"

Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Not just professional but kind and smiling as well. Spa is included, the washing service is excellent and the breakfast is good. You get free toiletries as well and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

The bathroom had a strange smell.

Bardzo uprzejma i zaangażowana obsługa hotelowa. Pokoje na bardzo wysokim poziomie, a przede wszystkim czyste. Poza tym bardzo dużo udogodnień w postaci choćby basenu.

Nie było oddzielnych kosmetyków w łazience tzn. nie było oddzielnie szamponu i żelu pod prysznic.

Very good hotel , Near the airport, stuff were very helpful and speak English, everyday cleaning service , breakfast was the best had verity of food ,pastries,,, and dry fruits

15 minutes far from the city but taxi option is a lot everywhere,
