Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный. На просьбу оставить чемоданы за сутки до заселения не отказали, при выселении так же. Продлили на пару часов, без доплаты, проживание. Если в Ташкент, то обязательно только к ним. Завтраки вкусные.

В обед решили поесть в кафе, в день приезда, еда оказалась невкусной, и холодной, заказывали плов. И очень удивил процент обслуживания 20% Впечатление было подпорчено, но так как в остальном было все прекрасно, это совсем не повлияло на все остальные моменты.
