Staff was so friendly! It was very clean and the decor was really cute. The shower was away from the rooms (which was nice not hearing bathroom movement all night). The common kitchen area was nice and I liked that there was free coffee. 5 minute walk to the beach and 711 close by. 10 minute walk to the train station. Great home base if you are exploring the area. I rented a bike from Tateyama Station and rode it to Chikura.

The effort done in every detail by the hotel manager is outstanding. The place is carefully taken care of and guests are treated with utmost attention. The lounge-kitchen is veryconfortable.

Shared space such as bathroom, toilet and entertainment area are clean and bright.

Soundproof is a little bad, not recommended for light sleeper.

It was cheap, clean and what I paid for.

Not that I didn't like it but the single room is just that. Only enough for you and a small bag.

The set-up of the space was nice and well thought out. I appreciated that there was a separate female shower room/toilet and the decorations and overall space was nice. Really like they’re choice of shampoo/shower amenities. Like that there’s bikes you can borrow

Could be a little more eco friendly by providing just one toothbrush set and towel instead of one for each night spent there and then perhaps put extra towels on a table in the bathroom for those that need a fresh one. I appreciate their wanting to keep things simple, but I felt that the shower room in the ladies bathroom at least could use a little side table in the corner as the macramé hanging basket they provide is a bit small and it felt like there wasn’t enough places to put things. They should probably switch out their hangers for more sturdy ones as one of the ones in my room broke suddenly, though I liked that they were made of wood.

- good location, just ~7 minutes walk from JR station - decent inferior design - room and facilities are clean except the below - there was a delay to my JR train from Tokyo but the staff is still willing to wait for me, really thank you very much!

- room size is smaller than expected, cannot even open my luggage, but it is fine given the price - Killed a medium sized cockroach in the room during the first night of stay and spotted another small one before checking out. Personally not OK for me and hence the rating - otherwise the stay is actually quite pleasant.
