Location. Near to eateries, 7-Eleven, etc.

If only there are ways to ensure zero or lesser bird poo on cars parking outside. This is the only major turn off as it was a hassle to clean back, wiped out those bird poo (mine, more than 20 spots of bird poo on the car). One more, once a while please ensure the toilet tiles aren't that slippery whenever it wet. Maybe it will be better if, let's say once a week, the toilet tiles are spring clean using brush/clorox. Thank you. 🙏
