The tree house and forrest.

When we first checked in we found the man unfriendly and not really welcoming. We quickly discovered there was only enough hot water for a 3 minute shower. When we notified them a man came to our room with something to put in a bucket of cold water to heat it?? We were expected to bathe with this. On our 2nd notification about the hot water the man said that the tree house hot water is poor and we should have booked a different room. We paid 12000 rupees especially for the treehouse nowhere did it mention the facilities advertised weren’t actually available. The wifi either didn’t work or was poor often cutting out. The fridge only works if your in the room as the key card operates this. Worst of all we returned at 1030pm after attending a cooking class to find that the gates were locked and we couldn’t get in. If it wasn’t for our tuk tuk driver repeatedly tooting the horn until someone came we wouldn’t have got in. There was never any mention of the gates being locked at any time. On check out we voiced our concerns to the same man, no apology, didn’t really seem to care and just made excuses. I would recommend looking elsewhere for something similar.

Location and Envionment. Fantastic place around the resort. birds sounds plesantly and Nature friendly feel

No Room Service. Food is average and Need to go outside for the food. Limited only for dinner.
