I didn't stay there since I was traveling from Guwahati to tinsukia and I've arrived there at 9am but check in time was 12 pm so I asked the reception fellow to manage something since I arrived there before check in time but the fellow was rude and didn't try to help in any way so I stayed at nearby hotel who welcomed me before check in time .

Behaviour was rude of the reception and didn't help or try to manage in any way. Is it possible to meet with the check in time if you're traveling from far away from the host town ? No , right but I was sitting for an hour in my car for the hotel guy to help me to wait somewhere till the check in time but nobody was there to help and the reception guy was rude as if I'm not paying him or asking him to stay for free ...this is not the way a renowned hotel should do to their customers
