The Olde Malthouse Inn

Rooms were very clean, lovely hot shower and extremely comfortable bed.

Really quaint and lovely.

Could have been a bit warmer but it is an old building.

From the first moment, the staff were excellent. Kind, courteous and shared a real warmth that was genuine.

I wasn't expecting breakfast as the hotel correspondence said the kitchen was closed, however it was the hotels first day of opening on the day I arrived, breakfast was outstanding

I couldn't find fault, I was attending a funeral, all my needs were met

Clean and comfortable, staff were nice and location perfect

The room was very small , toilet was small and the sink was in the bedroom. Overall it was cramped for two tall persons. But ok for short stay.

Great dinner menu and breakfast food. Room was lovely but new towels needed.... bath sheets a must!! Really pleasant stay. Would go there again. Loved the bathroom... loads of room, hot water and a great bath.... just needs the towels 😆

Room overlooked the road and even though the pub stopped serving around 9.30pm it wasn't quiet during the night.
