Collection O Srinivasa Residency

Had booked this hotel for my parents because this was nearby to a marriage hall that my parents were attending. The moment I made the booking, the property collected the full payment from me online. On the check-in date, the property called me and texted me to check-in to another hotel of theirs which is around 4 km away from the original location. Despite telling them that I made the booking for my parents who are senior citizens who will not be able to walk 4 kms to marriage venue in the late night and early mornings to the marriage venue, the property owner was not ready to accommodate them in the location where the booking was made. Had a very bad experience. Interacting with the staff. Why did they collect the payment in the first place if they were not able to accommodate us in the location where we made the booking???

Location that was accessible to Bus station, Railway station, restaurants, super shope, etc,

Room size was good but lack of TV, WiFi, the dressing table was shaky/broken while bathroom was not clean. There were lots of mosquitos coming in from bathroom window as no protection. There was no room service for my 2 nights stay. The front desk and staff were not bilingual so hard to convey message in English or Hindi. There was issue in the reservation that I made through Booking. com which clearly stated AC room with TV while the local agency OYO connected to this hotel reservation didn't had it. Ultimately landed you staying in non AC room!!!

I didn't stay at Hotel due to they are cheating too much the price also increased and given non AC room and non deluxe room. And no option for card payment.

staff was not good, they charged extra 200rs as tax and they didn’t even provide bed sheets and towels

This Hotel they are charging me extra money though I have paid full amount through your Booking.com, He didn’t give me room key until I pay my the extra cash. It’s very bad experience, I have faced through Booking.com me and my friend were not at all satisfied. No Hot water will be provided in morning to bath also.

They are charging extra money apart from booking amount. No hot water given for morning bath, no cleanliness maintained, there is railway track behind the hotel it’s very Noisy.
