Location is good for eateries and to start for Thirumala trip, Staff is available all time for queries and support,

We booked a single room for family of 4, but received 2 rooms. They were also in ground floor close to the road and reception. One of the room had very bad smoke smell on entry. Then when we informed staff, they came with spray to rectify. Worst part is not having hot water at 3am, when we need to take bath and leave for the temple. It is the cold water that we need to manage.

The location is very good and essentials are nearby. The managing person is good and even he offered the room free for fresh up in the evening after vacation in the morning. Really good value for money.

The location is alright. They maintained cleanliness except for the glasses and cups.

The reception staff initially was very rude. Specially when he noticed that I am a woman. He charged me early-check-in fee. They they bring breakfast if ordered from outside. They don’t have in-house food arrangements.
